Heal me came about after many people using our dog specific blends started using the K9 Healing Salve on themselves, something we had been doing for many years including using it on our children. After many requests we formulated a ‘people’ version. The story of how K9 Aromatherapy came about is below.
I (Jo) am a qualified Aroma-scientist producing high quality aromatherapy blends using only 100% certified essential oils to ensure the highest quality product.
When one of our dogs fell very ill we started looking at what we were giving them. After investigating everything from food to commonly prescribed drugs we decided to make some changes.
We created K9 Aromatherapy blends to give you a safe & effective alternative. Every one is trialed on our own nine dogs before being made available to you. We also have quite a few ‘test dogs’ owned by friends that are recruited as well.
By utilizing the amazing power of nature in our blends, we reduced and in many cases completely eliminated the need for traditional drug treatments. We believe this can be very beneficial for your dog as if/when traditional drug treatments are needed, the likelihood of any drug resistance is reduced and they become more effective. Aromatherapy works well alone or as a complimentary treatment with traditional veterinary treatments or other natural therapies.
One of the dog blends created was K9 Healing Salve. This proved so popular with dog owners using it on themselves that we were repeatably asked about a people version, so we did. Aromablends Heal Me is the result of those requests.
